Guides To Our Policy


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we do accept returns. You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
All that we ask is that our products are in their original condition, full and sealed.

Please be sure to pack your products well if returning them to ensure their safe arrival. Any damaged or smashed items will not be refunded

Please allow up to 7 working days for the Glam Team to process your return and refund.
Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.
Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order.

Payment Plan Terms

1. You may cancel your Subscription at any time via Paypal and spend at any time.

2. If you wish to cancel your Subscription and would like a full refund of all payments made, then their will be a 20% charge to cover our Paypal and VAT charges for holding your money. Refund will be put back into your Paypal account within 5 days of confirming request.

3. Our 5% bonus is valid any time up until November only.

4. Payment plans made through Facebook/Email/Telephone can be cancelled however you will loose your deposit and 10% of your order value to cover. Anything personalised will be charged at full cost and posted to you. (Postal charges apply).

You must be over 18 to purchase any of our alcoholic products. We accept PayPal or bank transfer however will require proof of ID if paying via bank transfer.

No sign in is required when purchasing via our website, however all customers purchase emails will be stored in our data protected advertisement link meaning you may receive advertisement emails from us from time to time. To opt out simply message our team who will remove your email address from the server.
